The responsibility of the documentation (pedigrees and titles) presented is the sole responsibility of the seller.
The existence of pedigree in the auction, signed or unsigned, with eventual digitization of the title, does not imply the existence of an original pedigree (or tiltle) because it may have been sent digitally (by email, for example).
The existence of title deeds for the pigeons at auction is not guaranteed, GPLoft not being responsible for obtaining the 2nd copy from the Federation.
In situations where there is no title to ownership, GPLoft can issue, at the buyer's request, a declaration proving the acquisition of that pigeon at auction (after payment)..
